外食族想調整減脂增肌菜單 - 健身

小弟 175/90,基代inbody算是1900,但我覺得高的有點扯
原先是101公斤,在健身房練幾個月跟減量飲食後降到90有點卡了
因為小弟家完全不開伙是全外食
所以考慮把晚上的自助餐改掉不然熱量一直抓不好或很容易吃太多
想把熱量控制在1800-2400左右
一週會有一天作弊日可超過
目前是想改為
早餐:
雙層牛肉捲餅不加醬+生菜沙拉不加醬+黑咖啡=400卡
中餐:
蒸地瓜三條=400卡
晚餐:
燕麥150克泡奶粉=800卡
餓的話就吃自己做的生菜沙拉
然後每週會有3-4天去健身房,有去的話做完重訓會喝4匙乳清約400卡100克蛋白質,平
常不喝或偶爾當飲料喝一點
這樣會有問題嗎?
我總覺得哪邊怪怪的 囧 好像少了什麼
