多囊半年減脂心得 - 健身

嗨~大家好
我確診多囊已經有3年了
從初經從來沒有準過的我一直沒有太注意
直到三年前我突然在短短時間內胖了10幾公斤
我一直都有運動的習慣
只是以前一直都只有有氧 心跳率達到150以上 頻率約是一個禮拜五天 一次一個小時
(順帶一提我以前是過瘦而且吃不胖的體質)
我最胖的時候沒有量體重
直到有瘦一點後體重是168公分/64公斤
這三年我試了很多減肥法
一開始是利用斷食的方式 搭配有氧以及有一搭沒一搭的重訓
但不得不說那個時候的減肥方法是非常錯誤的示範
有多囊的人就會知道 要減肥真的很難很難
以往只要少吃個幾餐 多運動
通常就能維持
但得了多囊後 我有辦法瘦六公斤是因為我一天只吃一餐 幾乎都只有1000初大卡
還瘋狂有氧 頻率是幾乎每天 一次一個小時 心跳160以上
瘦了約6-7公斤 到了58.59公斤左右
後來進入了滿嚴重的停滯期
身體也變得很差 而且非常容易復胖
後來開始踏入重訓+乾淨飲食後才慢慢的瘦下來
我一開始因為不熟悉器材 買了12堂的課
遇到的WG教練是我在健身房裡面觀察很久的教練
他完全沒有推銷 課全程都是他自己上
而且也很好約 不會一直亂改時間

雖然體重並沒有降很多
但體脂降了8%
肌肉也增加了1.5公斤
我這半年來真的很努力
每天努力煮飯努力運動
中間的過程看著爆肥的自己非常難過
所以才想打這篇文來鼓勵跟我一樣多囊的人
或許我們真的比較難瘦
但絕對不是瘦不下來的
而且!!!
原本因為得了多囊一年都不來的月經
從兩個月前開始固定每個月來
真的讓人非常感動
以下分享一下我的飲食和訓練菜單
我通常斷食到下午1點吃一顆茶葉蛋+地瓜
晚上自己煮
講到飲食順帶一提
我一天只吃這樣看起來是有點少
但我的晚餐通常份量都很大
主要是因為我自從得了多囊 食量變很大
很容易餓
這樣聚集在一餐吃飽並且吃到熱量足夠不餓狀況下會讓我其他時候比較不會餓
再來多囊其實就是胰島素分泌過多(意思就是相對很容易血糖變低容易餓或嘴饞)造成的
斷食其實有助於胰島素平穩
所在飲食建議多囊的人要自己去抓自己怎麼吃才會變瘦
像我如果三餐正常吃不管怎麼運動都瘦不下來...
目前的熱量攝取是讓我最不餓 可以持之以恆的瘦下去的方式
接著去去重訓1小時(一天下肢一天上肢)+有氧40分(心跳150以上)
頻率約是一個禮拜5-7天
以下是我的便當內容
茄汁炒白花椰飯 和煎雞腿排 (不加油)
因為我很愛吃飯 所以我會用花椰米去代替白飯
先煎雞腿排 把油逼出來再炒飯
就不用額外加油

偶爾也會做一些甜點
例如雪花糕 (因為只有自己吃 賣象很差..XD)

最後就是不免俗的身材比對照
順帶一提 以下的照片都是59公斤左右的照片
60幾公斤的時候完全沒有拍過照也討厭照鏡子
