今天我要來公佈我的黑歷史了,
三年多前因多囊性卵巢症候群 ,
我在一年之中胖了30公斤,
到底最胖到幾公斤我不敢再量下去
減肥不二法門:
首先需使用專業儀器測量各項數據,
體脂肪、肌肉量、水份、基礎代謝率,
可以到健身房或減重診所測量。
飲食70%、運動15%、作息正常15%
接下來我就努力上網找有關多囊的資訊。
例如:
低GI飲食、西藥、中醫調理..等等。
---飲食的部份大概就是這樣---
早餐:以蛋白質和纖維質為主
豆漿or低脂鮮奶or兩個蛋+任何水
果

午餐:纖維質、蛋白質、適量澱粉
1.自助餐青菜、肉類(不炸、不吃皮)
、幾口的白飯或是根莖類澱粉
2.7-11的輕食便當(飯一半)

晚餐:大量纖維質及適量蛋白質

記得一定要吃到基礎代謝的熱量,
不然會瘦到肌肉及胸部,
不知道怎麼計算熱量的人,
可以下載 Fatscret 這個App。
真的很想吃甜食的人,
偶爾可以使用赤藻糖醇來調味,
這是不升胰島素的代糖,0熱量。

當時我依靠每日各40分鐘的重訓,
以及30分鐘的有氧運動瘦了15公斤。

之後便遇到了整整一個月的停滯期。
患有多囊的網友們應該都知道,
減重是很辛苦的,
因胰島素失調造成脂肪不斷囤積,
我跟別人吃一樣的東西,
但是我會胖兩倍三倍甚至更多
記憶中見過自己最高的體脂肪數據為46%,
為何別人46公斤,我的體脂肪46%
後來因緣際會認識了一位醫師,
我是住在高雄,
他是減重協會的專家,
在他的診所治療我的多囊性卵巢症候群。
多囊會導致肥胖,
但要減肥才能康復,
很衝突的一個狀況!!!
這個病是天生的、無法根治的,
醫師利用藥物幫我調整荷爾蒙、
內分泌及胰島素敏感度,
這位醫師不是像一般減重診所的方式開藥,
體檢抽血是必要的,
他會瞭解肥胖形成的原因,
以及每個人的體質對症下藥,
多囊會導致肥胖,
但要減肥才能康復,
很衝突的一個狀況!!!
這個病是天生的、無法根治的,
醫師利用藥物幫我調整荷爾蒙、
內分泌及胰島素敏感度,
加上我自身的飲食控制及適量運動
10/21~今天12/29,又瘦了10公斤,
包括我的內臟脂肪由9降至6。

這次幾乎沒有瘦到胸,
最胖時是E cup,現在大約大D小E。
