小弟這一個月實施增重訓練,我問一個老經驗的健身房教練,它提供我方法
我在此跟各位大大分享一下
1.盡量不要跑步跳有氧(他說這樣會練的比較慢)
2.重訓前補充高熱量食品,以小弟我的吃法:
(1.)奶茶300ml+巧克力一片+餐包2個
(2.)奶茶300ml+小西餅100g+餐包2個
3.運動完補充乳清蛋白+水果,過半小時後再吃晚餐(我趁這半小時洗澡)
目前都是這兩種方法在輪流吃,搭配上每天重訓(我ㄧ星期只讓肌肉休息一天)
才兩個星期就有多一公斤了!
