小弟自上個月起改喝乳清
隔了30天又站到inbody上
像要開獎一樣的心情
結果我苦練一個月,練13休1 一整個月
肌肉少了0.5kg 心疼不已
覺得乳清是不是標示不實
灌水乳清
一天喝到四份 其餘三餐正常吃 有肉有菜有飯
這樣竟然還是退步!

一堆粉末,誰知道裡面實不實在?
他說25克就真的25克嗎
話說美國之前也有一牌被抓到灌水
在美國鬧得不小,有訴訟。
還是雞胸肉比較實在
可問題來了
每天水煮雞胸肉加點醬油就吃了
彷彿時間到了要服藥
滿口乾乾的肉 啊…
大家怎麼處理呢?
另外
雞胸肉咬不夠碎好像會有點胃痛
是正常的嗎
想說打成泥用喝的算了
