大家好,因為最近朋友在問我
在家只用啞鈴怎麼練背,我就說你可以買門上單槓
我也跟他特別說明自身訓練不能練大,大概只是練身體健康的他也說OK 就要我幫他挑,
因為他很怕不牢靠會掉下來。
請問用人用過露天

兩種都不用螺絲
我個人是比較喜歡第一種 因為他可以側臥對背肌幾乎沒力的人比較好練到不會全部都代償
而且拆下來還可以練三頭,也比第二種便宜。
只是他是直接用掛的,不知道會不會把整個門框扯下來。
第二種就很單純就是一隻單槓,是用摩擦固定的
比第一種貴但也還好,好處是這種要是真的ㄍㄧㄥ不住也頂多是滑下來不會把整個門框八下來
請問各位,要是真要買一隻,推薦哪種呢?
有人買過上述這兩款嗎 感恩。
