我覺得認真練,
一年應該不會太難。
先來回憶一下,
具體時間有點忘了,
我大學時(1997入學),
因為練田徑而接觸重訓,
大約花了一年推到90公斤上下,
體重約75~78公斤,
身高175公分。
當完兵後,
體重就保持在80公斤以上了,
不過臥推也推到110~120公斤左右,
推最重時體重88公斤,
差不多推130公斤(含槓),
那時腳受傷,
沒事只能推推推推。
比較特別的是,
推到100公斤後,
就算很久沒練(最長約有一年沒臥推),
再差也能推100以上,
身體會記憶吧我猜,
差的是做組及多下的耐力。
現在回想,
若是本來體能就不錯的,
體重70~80公斤,
認真練,
100公斤一年應該不會太難。
最近又開始回復重訓,
約練了一個月,
目前體重82吧(沒去量),
推110,蹲170,拉190,
希望這次不要再中斷了。
