其實70KG體重要推100KG,說難沒有真的那麼難,但說容易也不是隨便可以練到
就以70KG推100KG X3來看好了,到strength standard網站:
http://www.strengthstandards.co/#/home
輸入數值,可以看到大概就是intermediate頂,但未到advenced的程度。
而依據這裡的說明:
http://www.crossfit.com/cf-journal/WLSTANDARDS.pdf
..."Novice" means a person training regularly for a period of 3-9 months...
An "intermediate" is a person who has engaged in regular training for up to
two years.
所以大概可以推算,一般人從無到有大約要規律訓練近兩年才能做到70kg推100kgx3
