我本來就是一個食量不小的女生
前年靠著重訓跟飲食瘦了很多,
不過可能是因為唸研究所後壓力大,
只要每次弄研究都會很想吃甜食
加上自己意志不堅定
雖然平常有繼續維持健身的習慣
但是只要飲食沒有控制好
就會想說算了今天乾脆亂吃一通
(我知道這個心態很不好,也想辦法在改善中)
最近最誇張的一次是,光午餐就吃了
一份熱壓吐司、蔥抓餅加蛋、培根蛋餅、小籠湯包8顆、乳酪餅、奶茶
也因為如此久而久之胃口被撐大很多
常常吃到不舒服才發現已經吃到太撐了
而且自己很容易睡前肚子餓
又很常不小心吃太多
甚至因此睡眠品質很差
體重這一年內也上升了將近10公斤
比開始重訓前還胖
自己這一年來生理期也不正常
看醫生後,抽血發現是腦下垂體分泌過低
這個月開始吃藥調經
希望自己不論身體或心靈都能更健康
想請問面對食慾來的時候大家都怎麼克服
有什麼小撇步之類的
