問大家舉多重等於白問了...p
就像西斯鄉民都30cm起跳一般
大家握推都100kg起跳 二頭彎舉都50p起跳
其實就我在健身房看過的人
能夠單手50p舉10下(不甩的標準動作)的人二頭肌已經大到一個境界了
雙手槓鈴50kg十下的人二頭也是大到一整個不行
當然人外有人 一山又比一山高
有人肉量不多也可以達到50p or 50KG十下
但我相信這種人絕對不多
