如題
小女子一直是朋友間著名的小鳥胃
一直以來都吃很少沒有特別節食的意思 但我想我的吃法應該都沒有吃到基代才對
anyway
最近因為看了大量的影集 對於外國女星的身材真的非常之嚮往
我本身身材偏瘦 也一直都有在打羽球(是校隊的那種訓練模式)
去年還沒就業時是160/45 體脂17% 目前是160/48 22%
是沒有變胖多少 但是因為太想要有手臂線條 所以想加入重訓
沒想到就在上個禮拜開始重訓後
我早上吃完早餐兩個小時就餓了 再吃點東西後 中午居然也準時肚子餓
下午也是 晚上也是 運動之後更是
練羽球單純慢跑的時候 老實說我不太會覺得有這麼大的變化
但我重訓也沒有練很兇猛 怎麼會這麼可怕呢?
說說我的三餐給大家參考 請大家給我點意見
小鳥胃時期
早餐: 御飯糰/蛋餅/饅頭肉排蛋/粥
+豆漿/奶茶/紅茶/牛奶/優格
午餐: 通常早餐會一直吃到午餐 (邊工作邊吃 中午休息時間就直接睡覺不吃飯
晚餐: 湯麵/便當/小火鍋/水餃+酸辣湯 (晚餐通常吃2/3 因為不餓吃不完
+當季水果一碗的量
上個禮拜重訓後
早餐同上
早午餐: 餅乾/茶葉蛋
午餐: 公司簡餐/自助餐/湯麵 (可以吃光
下午茶: 銅早午餐或者大家公司都會吃的可怕下午茶 (可以吃光
晚餐同上但可以吃完
然後隔天早上醒來肚子又餓了....
請問大家這樣是正常的嗎QQ
我重訓的內容不外乎腹,胸,背,手臂,腿 各兩種動作 每動作3組 每組10下
大概一個多小時做完兩個cycle
然後再去跑個步 通常是3.40分鐘 一個禮拜去三次這樣
所以以前是羽球+慢跑 現在是重訓+慢跑
為什麼會這麼餓這麼餓這麼餓阿.... 我先去吃晚餐了 掰掰
