好幾年沒運動了
最近變胖開始每兩天跑一次操場,大約五圈就氣喘吁吁
約已進行一個禮拜,暫時看不出功效

主要是我上下半身比利懸殊

所以希望是能靠單純運動+少吃有的沒的來減
我會都胖下半身
主因是右腳的腳底板似乎有腳底筋膜炎
實在無法久站
跑步倒是還好,但跑太多好像也有點不舒服
