我最近作息有調到1點睡8點起
另外上下班都是騎UBIKE約20分鐘
搭配兩天一次慢跑30分

想請問早餐吃這樣可以嗎?
是烤土司+蛋+鮪魚+生菜
不含任何醬料
另外我有查詢我的基代約1200
想問是否剛好吃到1300就好了?
