自助餐熱量估算 - 健身

開始控制飲食跟運動已經兩個月
體重跟體脂幾乎沒變多少
原本以為只是戒掉宵夜跟飲料應該就會有效了
沒想到再加上運動雙管齊下卻成效不彰
現在想用fitnesspal乖乖記錄每一餐的熱量
但是便當自己很難估
麻煩大家幫我看一下

內容是紫米飯一碗(便當盒裡的量就是用一碗裝滿倒扣進去的)
但我通常吃2/3而已
三個副菜(今天是涼拌洋蔥青椒、胡蘿蔔炒蛋、高麗菜)
平常還可能有番茄炒蛋、瓠瓜、冬瓜、小白菜、茄子之類的去輪
比較不愛吃自助餐的深色葉菜類,因為都爛爛的而且很多蒜頭
再加一個主菜,今天是紅燒雞肉塊
(其他可能有豬肉壽喜燒、泰式豬肉片、宮保雞丁……預算限制大都選這種的
魚肉只有一種可以選,因為有魚刺吃起來比較麻煩所以很少吃)
我自己估650~700請問恰當嗎?

我自己估650~700請問恰當嗎?
