運動前:會吃一根香蕉+堅果一把
宵夜會喝一杯無糖豆漿約250ml
請問這樣飲食上有什麼需要調整的嗎?
目前基代大約17XX,我大概要吃到2000卡
早餐估400
午餐估500
晚餐估600
下午+宵夜估300
這樣吃1800會太少嗎?

: 午餐:雞胸肉(約200~300克),自炒一盤高麗菜,水煮蛋一顆

: 晚餐:水煮豆芽菜一盤,全麥土司1片+水煮鮪魚,無糖豆漿(200ml),水煮蛋一顆
: 其他:下午運動前會吃一根香蕉,水煮蛋一顆
: 日常作息時間:睡眠時間約11點,有運動就4點半起床,沒有就睡到自然醒
: 生活型態:工作型態自由,可自行安排時間
: 運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
: 過去曾有慢跑的習慣
: 目前每天騎自行車,早上5點跟下午5點,每次約1小時,均速約25公里(心跳不詳)
: 每天伏地挺身約30下(早中晚各十下)
: 目前已有買長槓+啞鈴+握推椅,準備在家自己重訓
