不知道是不是體脂太低的關係
血管超明顯也超多
放鬆狀態大概就小腿跟前臂還是暴多
練重訓或是有出力的活動血管都變得超明顯
女友還說看到血管浮起來很多的時候挺恐怖的
這算不算體脂低的壞處呢 |||Orz
