如題
我來到美國前約莫55公斤
來到了美國我並沒有餐餐炸雞薯條
也都是自己開伙
體重卻直線上升到58
著實的嚇了我好幾跳
我現在天天都有做仰臥起坐20下(睡前)
幾乎天天都會做無氧運動15分鐘
一個禮拜上健身房3次(儘量保持在3.3.3)
踩腳踏車1個小時
可是我的肚子依然的無堅不摧
硬挺如往(可是不是宿便,我天天上廁所)
我該如何是好...
