女生覺得男生體脂肪多少最性感? - 健身

過去四個半月來, 靠著x-bike和重訓隔天交替,每天至少運動1小時,每週休息1-2天
還有少量多餐, 每天吃到基代, 避免高油高鹽有加糖的食物
體重一共減了11.2kg
體脂從28.6%降到25.5% (好希望可以降更多 ><)
體力比以前好很多, 騎x-bike的阻力從一開始的2到現在的5.
重訓的強度也比一開始增加不少
以前的褲子變鬆了,會一直掉下來, 皮帶也拿去請人打洞,不然繫不住褲子
不過, 25.5%的體脂還是很高 >< 所以短程目標是希望在今年6月前可以再瘦個10公斤,
體脂能降到20%...
話說回來, 女生覺得男生多少體脂肪率最性感呢?
女生喜歡男生<10%的體脂? 還是有點fat的體脂呢?
