我從國小五年級以來身高體重都沒再改變過…
一直是151cm,40kg,最重只有量過42,最輕有在動過手術後量到36
很不喜歡看得到肋骨的樣子…
網路上打增重查資料好像都是重訓的方法…不是很適用
我平常食量普通,一天大概三餐+消夜,喜歡吃零食,尤其巧克力
想增加熱量又不知道該從哪裡做起
之前有朋友說每天吃冰淇淋一定胖,所以我就每天去麥當勞買蛋捲冰淇淋
連吃了一個月沒有斷,結果今天量體重…一點變化都沒有- -b
不只不會胖,我也不怎麼會瘦…
我喜歡登山,通常長程縱走前會我去練體力
通常是一週跑三~四天,每次5~8公里,兩個月內跑滿120公里
可是通常上山前量體重,也沒什麼變化
套句我媽說的:「給妳吃都白花錢的啦,也不長長也不長寬,到底都吃去哪了?」
我也想知道啊- -b
有沒有人能推薦增胖食譜或計劃之類的給我參考一下…謝謝囉^^/
