蛋白質飲料 - 健身

大家好
小弟已經開始健身半年多了
感覺肌肉有慢慢的變大
但我本身的脂肪比較厚
所以其實肌肉的形狀不是很明顯
然後我最近看到一些市面上的蛋白質飲料
想說每次重訓完之後喝一點 是不是可以幫助肌肉長大
(或是幫助消耗脂肪)這點不太確定
想請問大家有這方面的經驗嗎
