其實不知道該不該PO這個版,不過稍微有相關,還是PO一下。
原PO一直以來都有賀爾蒙失調的問題,從小手毛腳毛長到被笑毛怪不說,青春痘從國
中青春期到現在25歲了還是沒少過。MC長期不準,有時候一個月來兩次,有時一個月都不
來。更糟糕的是以前我還覺得MC不來樂得輕鬆所以沒差(一整個就是很不重視自己身體的
死小孩),直到今年2月照出水瘤,被友人鞭的好慘,這才驚覺女生真的要好好注重自己
的身體。
以上都是背景簡介的廢話。
剛剛和友A、友B用FB聊天,我提到我這個月MC量超少,又呈咖啡色的事,開始了一連串
令我傷心的對話。
爭執的點大抵就是,1.我不看西醫(但是我2月治療完水瘤後,定期看中醫調身體),
這點與FITNESS無關,不詳述。2.我重訓。
重訓會被扯進來,其實也是因為我自己太白目,半開玩笑的說,說不定是因為我最近重訓
啞鈴的重量增加了,讓我男性賀爾蒙激增,才會這兩個禮拜下巴瘋狂冒痘,MC量還變少。
(其實就算不做重訓,MC來之前,我本來就很容易冒痘啦XD 但MC量這個就......無解。)
然後友A、友B就一人一句,走火入魔、運動量過剩、或是,又不是運動員幹嘛重訓(可是我
想要有運動員的身材啊TAT)、雕塑身材為什麼不做有氧,例如游泳這些比較適合女生、做
完身體比較輕鬆的運動(可是我做完重訓身體也很輕鬆啊......Orz)。
PS.我在FB有開一個健康瘦身的減肥團,算是督促彼此運動的打氣社團,友A友B也是其中成
員,所以他們蠻清楚我的運動量跟運動型態的。
爭執到最後,他們給我的感覺好像是,重訓很可怕,你都這樣了,到底為什麼要重訓!!!
傷心,明明之前我也貼了一堆版上的文章到FB社團上(像是健美女大生的BLOG連結),感覺
好像都白貼一樣......
而且明明我的訓練量,跟版上一堆神人比起來,根本就像鼻屎一樣的微不足道,才拿一對4
KG的啞鈴,每天做阻力訓練,練一個部位而已,做完頂多才1-2HR,之後再慢跑或騎X-BIKE
30-40MIN,這樣的運動量不要說變金剛芭比了,我連想讓肚子上的肥油消滅,變成川字型
都覺得難如登天......
哀、這種感覺真是既傷心又孤獨啊......(遠望)
