好像有點減不下去了 - 健身

軍中生活吃的東西很不一定
早餐:大部分不是吐司、粥、饅頭、包子 ,三天吃兩次早餐一天補眠
盡量就是吃一份,粥就是吃一碗。
午餐:四菜一湯,煮什麼就吃什麼,飯大概都吃1/4碗左右。
晚餐:同上
其他:有時會吃點消夜,
日常作息時間:過著三班輪值的生活,睡覺斷斷續續,加起來可以睡8小時左右。
生活型態:當兵
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
慢跑機跑3000M(20min左右),再快走10min,共30min,
心跳數約130左右。三天跑兩天,有一天會純粹快走30min。
加上每天都會重量訓練(六站式重訓機),大概就是仰臥起坐100下,舉重50下(50kg),
胸部運動50下(50kg),拉重50下(40kg),腿部運動50下(30kg),大致就這些。
我的問題:
入伍時大概85kg,直到最近體重一直徘徊在72左右,有點減不下去的感覺,
大概維持一兩個月了吧,有點煩,目標是想再減到65kg左右,請問大家有什麼建議?
