好沮喪啊T_T - 健身

之前靠著有點暴力的跑步+清淡飲食 瘦了很多
本來九月中是體重57.5 體脂25.2 十月有一度到56 體脂23.24
但是最近一、兩個月 月經不正常
十一月初的時候體重一直減不下來 還一直狂上去到達59 又很水腫
超級不舒服 不過還是有持續在跑步 體重還是居高不下
好不容易去看了醫生 吃催經藥 結果經前症候群超嚴重=_=
本來平常都跑8km 但這時跑到5.2km就很勉強OTZ
然後經前症候群加月經結束後 也因此休息了一個禮拜(沒運動)
水腫也比較好了 體重也有慢慢降下來 本來想說要來好好重拾跑步
結果才剛跑完一天5.2km
隔天就感冒了ˋ口ˊ又再休息一個禮拜(又沒運動)
不跑步有很大的罪惡感 硬去跑又不能達到我的標準又很沮喪
體重又一直回不去了 心情真的很差 吃東西也很有罪惡感
但因為心情很差又忍不住想吃.. 反反覆覆的沮喪又煎熬了好久
很容易因小事情而大哭 因為不能吃想吃的東西大哭 吃了想吃的東西又很罪惡
真的很焦躁
去看中醫調養身體 中醫也說我明明就還是學生沒上班 怎麼感覺壓力那麼大=_=
身體也蠻虛的OTZ
然後心情不好加大病小病天氣又好冷吃東西都沒有節制T_T
都吃得跟有運動的時候熱量差不多
結果 現在的身材又變回了九月中的體重跟體脂OTZ
真的很沮喪啊
本來預定12月中可以達成我的小目標 體重54左右 體脂22.23
結果現在又變成這樣...........
真的很累T_T
