早餐:兩片土司夾東夾西
午餐:便當一個
晚餐:白飯一碗(魚肉青菜為主)
其他:水或醋 一天兩千CC以上
日常作息時間:早上7點起床晚上10點睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:星期一到五慢跑操場10圈(大約38分鐘)
星期六日練球或比賽
我的問題:9月以前體重降到2位數,這是約定(一定要達到)
請大家給我建議,吃太多還是運動太少??
九月能達到目標嗎?
