身高:158
BMI: 23

先刪掉了 0.0
三餐內容
早餐: 超商的御飯團 x1 很餓會x2...
火腿蛋土司 or 烤肉蛋土司 or 鮪魚起司蛋餅 ..
偶而會有早餐店甜滋滋的豆漿
午餐: 公司叫便當 (大都以不油炸為主) 滷 或 考
火雞肉飯 or 鮮魚湯+炒青菜 or 去素食自助餐夾一堆青菜
下午時候 有時候會泡濾泡 咖啡+鮮奶 390ML
晚餐: 自家吃 但是都吃得有點晚 約7點半~8點才會吃晚餐 有點偏油 鹹 :(
老媽煮啥就吃啥 但是晚上比較不吃白飯 有菜會盡量多吃
其他: 六日會晚起 所以大都沒吃早餐 午餐有時會拖到 2-3點才吃 @@"
日常作息時間: 約12點左右睡覺 偶而會1,2點...(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
上班日 7點多起床 假日約11點
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族 大都坐在辦公室 偶而有案件會開車出去外面但是不多
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
目前運動習慣就是在下班後 去河堤上"慢慢跑"約2公里 然後再走回來
或是先走去再慢慢跑回來 這樣一圈 大約在45分鐘左右
(一星期大概是2~3天)
如果下班太晚 (運動完再回家吃飯會被揍 因為太晚 = =)
所以就是晚餐吃飽 有去河堤就是都用走的(略快)
但是吃完飯無論當天有沒有運動 現在都會固定在家附近走走 約半小時
我的問題: 我的體脂肪高的嚇人 = = (晚上睡前量)
肚子的游泳圈也好大一圈 穿褲子還會配泳圈實在很難看 = =
另一點就是我的手臂 壯的都要比我的臉還大了 = ="
(現在有開始在做手臂運動了 ex: 夾厚書往後,半身伏地挺身...)
前陣子拍照 又加上生理期前幾天 一整個腫得跟豬頭一樣
看到照片好想哭 冏
那既然往事已經不堪回首 那至少現在開始 能當個正妹 XD
所以想麻煩大大幫我看看我大概該在加強哪些部分 QQ
然後就是體脂肪 (個人是覺得這個比較重要 冏)
短期目標先在 能消掉游泳圈...跟手臂 這樣 QQ
