大家好
小弟在12/10開始了18/6斷食之旅
一天的飲食大概如下

中午大概會多幾樣菜 但是不大固定的樣式
最近用myfitnesspal計算每天大概熱量攝取量發現 好像嚴重不足?
在 12/10時 體重75.2 體脂25.8% 脂肪換算大概19.4016
12/30 73.7 25.2% 18.5754
在這種情況下 體重減少1.5公斤 脂肪減少0.8292 (以上用小米體脂計測量)
減少的體重只有一半是脂肪 另一半很有可能是肌肉?
斷食看許多文章內容提到 並不會減少肌肉量
這樣是不是代表斷食並沒有成功 單純只是餓下來
但是這兩星期多這樣吃其實並沒有特別感覺到饑餓
偶爾有吃一個costco馬芬 隔天就會發現體重飆升0.5~1公斤回去
但是加了馬芬的800大卡 理論上應該也不會超過TDEE太多 (本人31歲 167cm)
有這樣的現象是不是因為沒有吃到基礎代謝
所以解法是多吃碳水化合物+蛋白質 直到超過基礎代謝?
