我之前就有在練前面(胸,腹肌)
家裡有一組槓鈴,最高大概練到170磅,腹肌就練電腦人
肌肉線條應該還算明顯拉....
可是.........
我卻感覺一天比一天駝背= =" 上網查才知道是圓肩
最近大概6個月沒練肌肉了(從去年暑假開始就沒有)
最近想再重新開始練,不單是練前面,我想改善這種姿勢= =
想說有沒有什麼方法呢?
我家是有一組槓鈴,彈力繩
網路上看有一個動作好像是趴在地上,背挺起的姿勢,這樣有效嗎?
