如何增加體脂肪? - 健身

我體脂只有9%左右
問題是我每天大量的吃澱粉類 白飯 地瓜 饅頭 麵包
一餐大約2-3碗飯是基本的 還會加很多的豬油
炸的 烤的豬排 牛排 來者不拒
三餐都盡量能吃多油就多油
吃飽就睡 睡飽在繼續吃
甜品也吃很多 也常常煮黑糖 白糖 紅糖水喝
可是體脂就是不上去..
有什麼方法呢??
