如何將兩腳練到相同粗細 - 健身

大家好
六個月前動過左腳前十字韌帶重建手術
目前移動自如 醫生告知可以深蹲跑步了
只是兩腿大腿圍粗細不同
我也就不敢慢跑和深蹲(怕兩側肌肉不平衡,會用其他肌肉代償導致姿勢跑掉)
目前機器只做過 推腿器
徒手的話是橋式跟抱著6公斤的壺鈴做簡單的深蹲動作
有看過一個說法是先做健側肌耐力訓練
再做雙腿肌肥大訓練
想問板上大家有沒有這方面的經驗
或是將兩腿練至均勻的方法呢
