小弟野戰砲兵
基地要挖駐鋤坑
也就是在地上挖出一個洞
這是一個需要反覆彎腰的動作(正鎬)

正鎬心得是
下去的力量大
但是十字鎬容易卡在土裡
拔出時及反覆的將十字鎬舉起
施力不對 腰椎就會受傷
動作分析
下蹲 彎腰 背部發力穩定力量 下鎬 鄧腿 起身 舉鎬
全身用力比較容易累+喘
或是彎著腰使力的動作(側鎬)

側鎬心得是
彎腰定在那邊就像彎腰揮棒
但是十字鎬有重量
打在地上也有力量的反饋
腰椎就像是蹺蹺板的軸心
受力大
且挖愈深腰就要彎愈低
腰感覺很酸
動作分析
擺腿 扭腰 後三角及背肌發力 揮鎬 腰部使力穩定力量 擺腿 轉腰 把鎬向側邊推出

想問這種動作有什麼訓練方法可以強化自己該項能力的嗎?
或是怎樣比較不會讓腰受損?
這應該算健身板的範疇吧 哈哈哈..
目前想專攻側鎬
因為挖這個洞是要愈快完成愈好的
側鎬的動作幅度小 頻率快 效率高 能打的角度廣
且土不易往自己臉上噴
