快速減重一直很迷人。
我兩周前花了5天減了4kg,上週利用四天減了3kg。玩的樂此不疲

數字分別為
(第40天) 72 kg
(第41天) 72.8 kg
(第42天) 71 kg
(第43天) 70 kg
(第44天) 69 kg
(第45天) 70 kg
(第46天) 68.8 kg
一周從(72.8 kg -> 68.8 kg),共減四公斤
怎麼做到的?
暴飲暴食,就這麼簡單。
事實上,第39天是我的補碳水日,當天都會吃大量碳水化合物補充肝醣,這導致了體重急
速的上升。
舉例來說,上個周六當天,我一共吃了: 500g義大利麵、400g火腿塊、六顆蛋、兩瓶500cc啤酒、1kg千層麵、360g披薩、100g麵包、400g能量飲料、100g起司。應該有5000大卡左右

你可以看到上週(第47天->第53天),體重變化為(71kg->68kg),一周共減3kg。但兩周下來,其實只減了一公斤(69kg->68kg)。
所以這篇廢文想說甚麼?
1) 每周一次的作弊日,有益身心健康(連續兩周體重都下降到新低點)
2) 起床後量體重,結果比睡前穩定(前30天都是睡前量,數據起伏很大)
3) 理論預測值,比想像中的可靠(如果每天飲食跟運動量都有固定)
4) 作弊日隔天早上,好餓(明明昨天才吃5000卡),高碳斷食的人真強
5) 這周希望能瘦5kg
