事實上,攪低碳水,近 leangain 式如我,絕對不反對培養出對食物的直覺。
我不認為要將人不斷的,一天六餐的供著。
但情況,除了吃多了,這一個極端,還會跑到另一個完全相反的,吃極度不足。
和我聊天的一群之中,有很多很多問題都出於,吃過少。
在女生之中,吃1200-1400之間的十分多。
更少一級,到 800-1200 亦有存在。
這一種很易變 starvation
假如,攝取 1200大卡,50%碳水。
剩餘600大卡再分配到脂質蛋白質。
蛋白質最多也就大慨 600/13 ,即 46.1g 蛋白質水平
我相信,有半絲營養學知識的,都知道這代表甚麼。
這引伸到兩類人。
一類,是很擅於利用脂肪如同 odin 太太。
有跑生酮法都知道一點,進入狀態後,會肚子餓是最奇怪的事情。食量會降到一個很嚇人程度的低
一類,是氧化能力差,供能不足之下意志崩潰,爆食。偏偏爆食的內容,並非有益身心的種類。
事實上,兩種方向都不理想
這是我極為反對在沒有份量法基礎下,執行生酮,斷食一類方式的最大原因。
人體很能撐。
但有實際面對過醫護方面的
都了解,都知道,拒絕進食是非常非常難解決的一件事
甚麼都能怕,就是不能怕吃,我常常提這一點。
吃食內容沒出問題,真的『很能吃』的如曾根一群,不多。
