如何恢復腰力 - 健身

我並不是練腰力來做某種事情...
是因為本身左腰一根骨頭斷過,
綁阿媽腰帶一年多,
加上先前斷的時候根本不以為意,
想說放著也沒怎樣....
加一加至少兩年多,
五月中才好... 不過...
下個月要入伍,我就練仰臥,
可是做到二十多下背部就會抽筋,
請問該怎麼鍛鍊 ?
多做就好嗎 ?
