如何把胸肌練的寬大 - 健身

小弟我173/68(最近有慢跑好像有到66了)
雖然挺重不算輕,但是主要肉都在大腿跟肚子
所以上半身其實算單薄
而且有個問題就是肩膀寬但胸小
就是胸肌佔有面積較小塊,左右不夠寬上下也不夠高
肩寬穿衣服就沒辦法穿太小尺寸,但這樣就會顯得胸部空空的
想要把胸肌面積練的寬廣一點這樣才比較搭我的寬肩
請問有那些練法是著重這方面的?
我有爬過文握推是最有效率的可以把胸肌肉練大
但握推也可以練寬廣嗎?輔助練背部會更有效嗎?
