如何改善減脂飲食的便秘問題 - 健身

各位巨巨應該也都有經驗
因為減脂期都會改吃一些原型食物
自己平常就是照world gym教練建議雞胸肉 蛋 豆腐之類的
碳水主要就是糙米飯跟地瓜
然後大量蔬菜
搭配重訓效果是真的不錯
可是長期下來 便祕的問題就會開始浮現
有問教練是說油脂攝取的比例不夠高
所以一週還是會排個一天正常吃來調整
但平日還是會有便秘的問題
那種有東西卡在肚子裡出不來的感覺真D不好
巨巨們都怎麼調整便祕時的飲食呢
