每次到健身房都先踩個腳踏車半小時熱身
然後開始做負重訓練
但是常常做完第一個動作一到兩組
做的重量也不是非常重
但就是會覺得疲累,想洗澡回家休息
即使前一天有睡飽也是
像這樣的狀況補充肌酸會有幫助嗎?
亦或是要補充其他營養素
