小弟習慣在家練
伏地挺身做起來不對味 練不久
所以習慣做引體向上
目前一組最多可做15.16下
每天只做兩組
是不是正確的引體向上不會用到腰力?
我都會用到腰力 是否需要修正?
想要練手臂 背 胸 腰 有辦法只靠引體向上練嗎
最近想加強訓練
有大大可以幫我安排課表嗎
感激不盡阿~~~
