參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:母親做的早餐 量約是早餐店的總匯三明治
通常會再加上一杯牛奶
午餐:便當 通常不吃炸 若有煎炸的狀況 通常會盡量去掉油膩的皮
晚餐:不穩定 有的時候會吃的比較隨便 但通常還是會吃飽
其他:有時候一個禮拜會吃一餐吃到飽
日常作息時間: 並不是特別早睡
生活型態:
學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
有氧--慢跑60分鐘,心跳數約170到180平均 以前常常跑10K 最近是做衝刺練習
跳繩--1500到2000下
重量訓練 主要練大肌群 但不是太常做
拳擊和巴西柔術練習 幾乎每天都會到武館練習
練習平均每天至少一個半小時到三個小時

我希望能將自己的體重往下降
因為希望能夠讓自己比賽的量級成為常態體重
我想應該是做的到的事情
但是不知道應該要怎麼做
教練說可以讓自己的體脂肪練到5趴
我也希望能達到那個程度
不知道是否應該增強我的練習強度
還是增加重訓的比例 減少一些有氧的練習
