不好意思,小弟是個新手請多多指教
我身高體重170/60..是太瘦嗎?
雖然都有斷斷續續的在做重訓和游泳
穿衣服起來其實感覺還算挺..但從鎖骨到兩胸之間都沒啥肉
而且骨架也不寬...
很想知道從該從哪裡下手開始修正我的身材 ><
小弟從不奢求變壯...只想讓身材看起來均勻一點就好了
目前可以訓練的器材就是公司簡單的健身設備...大部分用啞鈴和躺椅練習
一手30磅..8~10次/組..4~5組左右....
實在不知道怎樣才能把鎖骨到兩胸之間補點肉...請各位專家提供點意見
