我再把問題問清楚好了
以我自己為例
以前都沒有特別注重飲食或跑步 體重大約在65左右
同時期的一個同學
跟我一樣的生活 體重約在59
外型來看 不管他裡面是肥是瘦 他就是看起來瘦瘦的那一型
大腿也不粗 屁股也不翹 上身胸部也不大
這應該就是RE大大說的`基因` 吧~~
因為沒做啥 它就這樣了
那如果我那時候一直跑步 控制飲食
第一個體脂一定會下降對吧
那一樣的身高 一樣的體脂 身型還是會不一樣
雖然是`想當然爾` 的觀念 但是 為什麼 腿就是不能跟他一樣瘦呢?
或者換個方式直接問: 要怎樣腿才能跟那種可以穿緊身仔褲的人一樣瘦?
前面有位PO了一個辣媽...
上半身真的是無敵 可是下半身的大腿跟小腿看來
是否這樣的身型 運動也無法再改善些甚麼?
我想知道的是這個....
希望這裡有大大知道...
步 我還是天天跑

體脂掉了以後 無法再改變甚麼了嗎??ORZ...
