因為住的地方沒有廚房,也沒辦法帶電鍋等器材進房間
所以三餐都必須吃外食
我目前身高體重176/75
早餐似乎無可避免只能吃 早餐店(漢堡/吐司類+飲料) 或MOS
中餐就只能盡量別大魚大肉,否則周遭吃的沒甚麼選擇性...
(例如50元便當、陽春麵之類)
晚餐就只吃subway,只單點一份六吋,不加餅乾飲料
除了每天固定運動外
對於飲食我幾乎沒辦法照著板上先進那樣處理
因為都沒辦法自己準備,實在不知道該怎麼改變QQ
