如果吃不到基代 - 減肥

我想看到標題一定有人要開口大罵了ˊˋ
說小弟不爬文~
不過其實我知道如果吃不到基代會消耗肌肉不會消耗脂肪~
但是稍微看一下精華區與建議,
主要都是說不推薦節食減肥,卻好像沒有討論到以下的情況。
就是平均吃不到基代,以小弟基代來說應該是1700左右,
大約都是吃1000~1400。
可是如果以上列條件為前提下,每日又會做重量訓練40~60分鐘,
並且在作慢跑半個小時呢?
在不吃其他保健食品的狀態下會有甚麼情況發生?
另外想討論一下,有甚麼方法可以增加自己的新陳代謝?
又,大家對於零熱量的運動速燃飲料的看法是?
