如果搬貨所需的主要肌群 - 健身

最近開始練肌肉才想起來以前去打工搬貨的經歷
那時候搬貨常常感覺到力不從心,搬不到多久就開始發抖沒力
常常被前輩笑肉雞
現在當然比以前常運動,也比以前強壯了一點
我也知道如果要搬重物的話,其實需要用到全身的肌肉
還要腹背肌腰力,腳力的配合等等
但是還是想問一下,如果以後還會遇到這樣勞力的打工環境的話
我應該加強訓練幾個主要施力的肌群呢?
有人說應該偏向肌耐力那邊訓練
那請問該怎麼訓練,訓練哪邊

ps.我當然也是有在有氧訓練心肺功能
