籃球的訓練 - 健身

小弟我很喜歡打籃球
可是對抗性太差 加上又矮 想把身體練壯一點
目前170 55
我的器材只有兩隻10p啞鈴 一隻14p 一隻16p
目前的規畫是
禮拜二 禮拜五 禮拜天 練胸 做press&flies 兩手都10p 一組25下 4組
禮拜一 禮拜三 禮拜六 練肩 做shoulder press 兩手都10p 一組50下 5組
每天二頭肌 第一組都10p 50下 4組 14p 16p 40下
每天仰臥起坐(半仰)練腹 一組20下 5組 (還是這兩樣也需要休息48小時再練?)
練完都喝豆漿
爬文爬到每次做都要做到力竭 才會有效破壞到肌肉
我的磅數不夠 都要做比較多下才會達到力竭
一組次數好像都太多了 這樣會影響肌肉的成長嗎
請問這樣可行嗎
另外問一下 爬文爬到的costco 高蛋白奶粉 喝了有效嗎
