我想問的是我把重訓每天要練的菜單的排出來以後
例如狂操猛練版:
星期一:休息
星期二:胸、三頭、肩
星期三:大腿、小腿、腹部
星期四:背、二頭
星期五:胸、三頭、肩膀
星期六:大腿、小腿、腹部
星期天:背、二頭
但是有氧每天都做
例如:每天游泳2000公尺、慢跑5公里
如果這樣搭配OK嗎?效果會不好嗎?
