如果都不忌口 但是固定健身 身材如何發展 - 健身

我基本上是作健康的 也因為腿受重傷不能用腿 所以重訓才是我唯一能作的運動
大概目前找到先以dip 或單槓抬腿為主

如果我就照一般飲食 三餐吃吃肉 喝飲料 咖啡 吃零食

這樣練身體是會變成 外面還是有一層肥肉樣子 然後身體底層的肉比較結實?

還是會變成一樣肥肉 只是肥肉壓倒底可以感覺出肌肉 但是外表沒變?

還是會 隱隱約約看得出線條?
