問題如下:
1.深蹲在底部的時候,該不該一鼓作氣、猛力的站起來?還是該慢慢站?(大重量時例外,
大重量只能掙扎著站起來)
2.猛力站起來有沒有什麼可能的風險呢?
3.這樣對肌力訓練或突破pr有幫助嗎?
4.在做節奏深蹲的時候,如果動作的問題是出現在向心階段(例如前蹲上背會圓、身體會往
前傾),是要向心的時候放慢嗎?還是也是離心慢呢?
其實最想問的是第四個,因為總覺得深蹲,特別是前蹲,都是向心容易出問題,但是節奏
訓練的課表看起來都是離心放慢@@
