最近搞不太清楚一個問題
我本身因為外宿的關係
所以三餐都是外食
但是可以吃到肉的量就很不一定
所以就選擇乳清來補充我蛋白質的攝取
我爬文看有的文章建議是訓練完後才要喝
我目前認知是乳清就是一種蛋白質來源
所以我攝取不夠的部分只好從最方便的乳清來取得
想請問有訓練和沒訓練一天所需要的蛋白質會有差嗎?
還是我每天都只要遵照我的體重(公斤)x1.5~2就好呢?
假如每天所需要的蛋白質量都一樣的話
是否代表我每天如果蛋白質不夠就要喝高蛋白呢?
還有想請問重訓穿束褲(壓縮褲?)的用意在哪呢
我朋友跟我說穿著練完腿會比較不酸
但是如果是這樣的話是否效果就比較差呢?
