我很好奇比如說一個人正常吃,甚至比一般建議的TDEE在高一些
而且飲食內容是高蛋白油脂碳水化合物啥都攝取均衡的情況
但就是靠運動製造超大量的熱量赤字
比如說靠跑步游泳達成一天多了2000的熱量赤字
這樣長期下來身體會發生什麼事啊
有比如說長期一餐在運動前吃或一餐在運動後吃的相關研究嗎?
