今天跟教練約體脂檢測+建議

教練說 我肩胛骨沒有縮起來
肩膀沒有往後往下壓
操作的時候肩膀會跟著動
這樣練不到胸肌
而且可能會造成肩膀關節受傷
但是自己實際做 維持教練說的姿勢就很痠痛了
一做動作 肩膀一定會動 沒辦法維持不動
想問問 姿勢不對真的練不到胸肌還會受傷嗎?
如果練不到胸肌 練的到肩膀或手臂的肌肉嗎
